Work Standards on Sampling Test for Food Safety Supervision in Catering Services issued

In order to strengthen the supervision over the food safety in catering services and standardize the work of sampling test, the State Food and Drug Administration recently issued the Work Standards on Sampling Test for Food Safety Supervision in Catering Services based on the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Provisions for Food Safety Supervision in Catering Services. The Work Standards went into effect on the date of issuance.
